Responsibilities:

  1. Assist in managing daily office operations and administrative tasks.
  2. Handle government relations documents.
  3. Maintain and organize physical and digital files for easy access and retrieval.
  4. Prepare and distribute internal communications and reports as needed.
  5. Provide clerical support to various departments as needed.
  6. Contribute to team projects and initiatives aimed at improving operational efficiency.

Preferred Candidate:

  2. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
