Skills

  • Proven experience as a Cafe supervisor or similar role.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle customer complaints and resolve issues.
  • Proficiency in using cafe management software.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in hospitality is a plus.
  • Basic knowledge of financial management and reporting.
  •  Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  •  Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of coffee and beverage preparation.
  • Experience in inventory management.
  • Ability to train and motivate staff.
