The Senior Admin and Government Relations Officer plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of administrative functions within the company. This position is designed for individuals with a strong background in administration and a passion for supporting organizational efficiency. The role will oversee various administrative tasks, coordinate with different departments, and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Responsibilities:
- Role will be responsible for Kuwait, Qatar and Bahrain Offices.
- Manage daily administrative operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Coordinate communication between departments to facilitate smooth workflow.
- Oversee the preparation and maintenance of reports, documents, and records.
- Act as a liaison between management and employees to address administrative concerns.
- Oversee the management of properties including property maintenance, lease renewals and negotiations, and issue resolution.
- Manage all aspects of insurance for company properties, work injuries, private medical.
- Manage the company's mobile and landline services, including contract negotiations, issue resolution, invoice review.
- Oversee the renewal, replacement, maintenance and upkeep of leased and owned vehicles.
