Senior Administration and Government Relations Officer

The Senior Admin and Government Relations Officer plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of administrative functions within the company. This position is designed for individuals with a strong background in administration and a passion for supporting organizational efficiency. The role will oversee various administrative tasks, coordinate with different departments, and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Responsibilities:

  1. Role will be responsible for Kuwait, Qatar and Bahrain Offices.
  2. Manage daily administrative operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  3. Coordinate communication between departments to facilitate smooth workflow.
  4. Oversee the preparation and maintenance of reports, documents, and records.
  5. Act as a liaison between management and employees to address administrative concerns.
  6. Oversee the management of properties including property maintenance, lease renewals and negotiations, and issue resolution.
  7. Manage all aspects of insurance for company properties, work injuries, private medical.
  8. Manage the company's mobile and landline services, including contract negotiations, issue resolution, invoice review.
  9. Oversee the renewal, replacement, maintenance and upkeep of leased and owned vehicles.
