WIYAK is seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our Business Development team as a Senior Business Development Specialist. This role is responsible for driving growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities within our B2B segment.


Duties And Responsibilities

  • Research market trends to identify new business opportunities and expand the company's reach.
  • Develop strategies to enter new markets and achieve company growth targets.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders across various industries.
  • Negotiate and secure business partnerships.
  • Create proposals and presentations to attract clients and partners.
  • Collaborate with management and other teams to ensure strategies align with company goals and client needs are met.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and provide insights to senior management.
  • Track and report on business development activities and growth progress.
  • Engage with clients to identify growth opportunities and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Continuously seek feedback to optimize business processes and improve strategies.
  • Maintain accurate records and generate reports.


Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business
  • 4-5 years of business development experience
  • Excellent proficiency with Microsoft Office, specifically PowerPoint and/or Canva.
  • Attention to detail
