We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Administrative Manager Assistant to support our administrative operations within the law firm. The ideal candidate will assist in managing day-to-day administrative tasks, ensuring efficient office procedures and effective coordination among staff.

- Coordinate and organize office activities, including scheduling meetings and managing calendars..

- Prepare and manage legal documentation, reports, and correspondence.
- Follow up on the status of legal matters and ensure timely responses to client inquiries.
- Handle inquiries and provide assistance to staff and clients as needed.

Skills
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in a law firm or legal setting.
