Administrative Manager Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Administrative Manager Assistant to support our administrative operations within the law firm. The ideal candidate will assist in managing day-to-day administrative tasks, ensuring efficient office procedures and effective coordination among staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Administration Manager in overseeing daily operations and administrative functions within the firm.
  • Coordinate and organize office activities, including scheduling meetings and managing calendars..
  • Maintain office supplies and ensure a well-organized workspace.
  • Prepare and manage legal documentation, reports, and correspondence.
  • Follow up on the status of legal matters and ensure timely responses to client inquiries.
  • Handle inquiries and provide assistance to staff and clients as needed.
  • Implement and maintain office policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.


Skills

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in a law firm or legal setting.
  • The ideal candidate should be proficient in both English and Arabic, with strong verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal management software.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
