Job Summary/Purpose:
Monitor the showroom's vehicle sales, customer service, product displays and the vehicle delivery process in order to optimize vehicle sales and maximize customer satisfaction index (CSI).
Responsibilities:
Operational:
- Monitor the showrooms internally and externally in order to ensure it is clean and MNSS quality and hygiene standards are maintained.
- Review the display of units in showroom and ensure the product coverage is maximized.
- Communicate visual, explanatory aids and price lists to the showroom staff.
- Review product demonstration techniques of Sales staff and advise them on the best practices.
- Monitor the showroom safety and security requirements and ensure adherence to company policy.
- Report sales and discuss new developments regularly with management.
- Monitor the sales register and showroom stock turnover.
- Prepare the Monthly orders for submission to management.
- Coordinate with Certified/Used cars on customer transactions.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of marketing plans, such as product launch events, promotions, advertising campaigns, etc... to help develop sales and market share.
- Communicate the product development and promotional plans to the staff in a manner that they are understood and implemented at all levels to give the optimum level of impact.
- Attend to and resolve escalated customer complaint/s ensuring problem solving and meeting customers' requests in accordance with Company policies.
- Coordinate with financial institution representatives.
- Review the cash and credit invoices, delivery notes, Traffic Department documentation submit it to the Sales office for approval and send copies to Finance Department.
- Monitor the inventory of stationary, electrical and office equipment/s and ensure adequate supplies and budget adherence.
- Monitor all vehicle reservation with sales staff on a daily basis.
- Coordinate with Delivery Center for on time vehicle deliveries.
People Management:
- Assign duties and examine work for accuracy, neatness, and compliance to policies and procedures.
- Check employee attendance and report absence and attendance exceptions, prepare annual leave plan for employees and overtime sheets on SAP HCM for management approval.
- Explain and advise staff on Group policy and quality standards and ensure adherence to health and safety standards.
- Provide on the job training and coaching to staff and provide information and necessary material to staff to carry out the jobs.
- Receive grievances raised by subordinates and promptly escalate such grievances to management.
