Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any relevant field.
- 5 plus years of experience in a similar role, preferably in luxury retail or the fragrance industry.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and independently when required.
- In-depth knowledge of sales practices, including cross-selling, prospecting, and direct sales techniques.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Fluency in English.
