Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Business Development position at TSL in Kuwait City. The role will involve day-to-day tasks related to lead generation, market research, customer service, and effective communication.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and target clients in manufacturing, oil & gas, BMS, and related sectors. Develop lead generation strategies and manage leads using CRM tools.
  • Business Development: Create strategies to enter new and existing markets, collaborate with marketing on campaigns, and conduct market research on trends and competitors.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build relationships with decision-makers and offer tailored repair solutions for long-term partnerships.
  • Sales Process Management: Oversee the sales pipeline from prospecting to closure, report performance, and recommend improvements.


Qualifications:

  • Strong communication skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Electronics, Business, or related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in sales or business development, focusing on industrial/technical sectors.
  • Proven track record in business development and deal closure, especially in repair and maintenance.
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams.
