Sales Area Manager - F & B

We are seeking an experienced Area Manager to join our Sales team. As an Area Manager in the Food Industry, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of multiple locations within a designated area. You will work closely with the management team to ensure that each location is running efficiently and meeting its goals.


Responsibilities:


  1. Manage and supervise the operations of multiple locations within the designated area.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability.
  3. Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  4. Ensure that each location is properly staffed and trained.
  5. Oversee the implementation of company policies and procedures.


Preferred Candidate:

  1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role in the food industry.
  2. Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. Proven track record of meeting sales targets and driving business growth.
  5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
