Document Controller

The Document Controller is responsible for managing and organizing all company documents. They ensure that all documents are accurately recorded, filed, and maintained in accordance with company policies and procedures. The Document Controller plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth flow of information within the organization and maintaining a high level of document integrity.

Responsibilities:

  1. Accurately record and file all incoming and outgoing documents.
  2. Organize and maintain a systematic filing system for easy retrieval of documents.
  3. Ensure that all documents are properly labeled and categorized.
  4. Track and monitor the movement of documents within the organization.
  5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely and efficient document flow.

Preferred Candidate:

  1. Minimum 1-6 years of experience as a Document Controller or in a similar role.
  2. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. Proficiency in document management software and MS Office.
  5. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
