1. Business Development:
· Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the home appliances sector, focusing on companies that require delivery, installation, and maintenance services.
· Develop and execute a strategic business development plan to expand our client base and increase market share in Kuwait.
· Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for growth.
2. Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in home appliances companies.
- Understand client needs and tailor our logistics and delivery services to meet their specific requirements.
- Provide regular updates and reports to clients on service performance and improvements.
3. Service Offering Enhancement:
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure that our fleet of trucks and skilled technicians are fully equipped to meet client demands.
- Continuously seek ways to improve service offerings, including delivery speed, installation efficiency, and maintenance quality.
- Develop proposals and presentations to showcase our capabilities to potential clients.
4. Sales & Negotiation:
- Prepare and present proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals with prospective clients.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the management.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, adjusting strategies as necessary to ensure continued growth.
5. Collaboration & Coordination:
- Work closely with the logistics, operations, and customer service teams to ensure seamless service delivery to clients.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure that client feedback is incorporated into service improvements.
6. Reporting:
- Provide regular reports to the Business Development Manager on sales activities, client feedback, and market trends.
- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of business development efforts.
Skills
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Strong understanding of logistics, delivery, and installation processes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic is an advantage.
