Job Purpose
- Responsible for designing visual content for the F&B Division and MNH corporate marketing, ensuring brand consistency and enhancing customer engagement through effective and appealing design solutions.
Key Roles and Responsibilities
Graphic Design Responsibilities
- Design and develop branding materials for the F&B Division, including boxes, stickers, and branding for various occasions and events.
- Create visual content for monthly bazaar magazine ads, promotional posts, and updates to menus and menu screens.
- Design functional items like napkins, cups, table tents for new items, and point-of-sale displays on freezers.
- Produce artwork for special occasions such as Eid, including posts and invitations, as well as artwork for blogger engagement.
- Develop and design the visual components for the MNH Corporate Newsletter, ensuring consistency and alignment with corporate branding.
- Handle the creation of artwork for corporate social media accounts, including LinkedIn, maintaining a professional and cohesive brand image.
- Design posters, banners, and other materials for various marketing campaigns and events across both the F&B and corporate sectors.
- Provide creative solutions for event invitations and promotional materials to enhance brand presence and engagement at corporate and public events.
- Adjust and optimize designs for digital platforms, including social media posts and digital menu updates.
- Ensure all digital content is visually appealing and aligned with nutritional information and marketing messages.
- Work closely with the marketing and brand managers to ensure design projects meet strategic objectives and brand standards.
- Communicate effectively with various teams to ensure timely delivery of designs and materials.
- Quality Control and Innovation:
- Maintain high standards of design quality across all outputs, ensuring all materials meet brand guidelines and marketing goals.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends and technologies to continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of design outputs.
- Prepare documents including correspondences, reports, drafts, memos, and emails to ensure the smooth flow of design processes.
- Manage design files and archives, ensuring all assets are organized and easily accessible.
- Perform ad-hoc and other duties related to the job as assigned by the Direct Manager.
Skills
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design.
- Proficient in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator and Flash (CS5 Suite), and Adobe Acrobat.
- Experience with video production/animation software a plus.
Work Experience
- Minimum of 2- 3 years of experience in the same or related field.
