We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team in Kuwait. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of construction projects. You will work closely with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and manage project plans, including defining project scope, goals, and deliverables.
2. Coordinate and oversee all aspects of the construction process, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
3. Manage and communicate with all project stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and suppliers.
4. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, codes, and standards.
5. Monitor project progress, identify and resolve issues, and make necessary adjustments to ensure project success.
6. Prepare and present project reports, including progress updates, financial analysis, and risk assessments.
7. Manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost control.
8. Lead and motivate project teams, providing guidance and support as needed.
9. Implement and maintain project management processes and best practices.
10. Ensure all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Preferred Candidate:

1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the construction industry.
2. Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
3. Proven track record of successfully managing complex construction projects.
4. Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire project teams.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.
6. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
7. Knowledge of construction industry regulations, codes, and standards.
8. Proficient in project management software and tools.
9. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
10. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
