The diesel auto mechanic shall be qualified and capable of diagnosing diesel engine failure problems and rectify these to keep all diesel generator engines under his control in running conditions at all times. He shall perform routine engine maintenance as required and/or specified by the engine manufacturer for all engines under his control.
Skills
- The diesel auto mechanic shall have a minimum of five (5) years’ experience in repairing and maintaining diesel engines of the type listed in this scope of work.
- He shall possess certification documentation that qualifies him as a certified diesel mechanic.
