Perform hardware (L1, L2 & L3) repairs and software troubleshooting to identify and resolve technical issues efficiently.
Conduct thorough assessments of devices to determine the root cause of problems and provide accurate repair estimates to customers.
Utilize technical manuals, schematics, and diagnostic tools to perform repairs according to manufacturer specifications and industry standards.
Perform Visual Mechanical Inspection, Replacement & System Transactions.
Create job orders with all required details and confirm the warranty coverage.
Maintain an organized and clean work environment, ensuring proper handling and storage of equipment and components.
Interact with customers in a professional and courteous manner, providing clear explanations of repair processes and timelines.
Manage customer inquiries, appointments, and service requests through various communication channels, including phone, email, and in-person interactions.
Utilize effective communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers and address their concerns promptly and effectively.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure the timely completion of repairs and delivery of services, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Stay updated on the latest industry trends, technologies, and product developments to enhance technical knowledge and skills.
Meet the target set by Division Manager.Proactively take responsibility for self-improvement by staying well-informed of developments, knowledge and innovations in relevant field of expertise.
Strong technical proficiency in diagnosing and troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
