- Oversee and manage all operations of an Arabic cuisine restaurant in Kuwait
- Ensure high quality food and service standards are met
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize profitability and efficiency
- Manage and lead a team of staff, providing training and guidance as needed
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as necessary
- Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations
