EPG is looking for an HR Administrator to join our growing team!
Duties:
- Act as a liaison between employer and employee, overseeing employee relations.
- Coordinate with Government Relations Departments regarding ministry approvals, issuing visas & residency renewals.
- Provide support to new hires (local & overseas) during the onboarding process.
- Ensure HR systems are maintained and kept up-to-date
- Special projects and other tasks as required by HR Management.
Skills
Experience, Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor degree or diploma in HR management business administration or related field preferred.
- 2-3 years of experience in HR administration and officer roles with a focus on Government Relations & local labor practices in Kuwait
- Bilingual - Fluent in English & Arabic (spoken & written)
