HR Administrator

EPG is looking for an HR Administrator to join our growing team!


Duties:



  • Act as a liaison between employer and employee, overseeing employee relations. 
  • Coordinate with Government Relations Departments regarding  ministry approvals, issuing visas & residency renewals.
  • Provide support to new hires (local & overseas) during the onboarding process.
  • Ensure HR systems are maintained and kept up-to-date 
  • Special projects and other tasks as required by HR Management.


Skills

Experience, Qualifications and Skills:


  • Bachelor degree or diploma in HR management business administration or related field preferred.
  • 2-3 years of experience in HR administration and officer roles with a focus on Government Relations & local labor practices in Kuwait
  • Bilingual - Fluent in English & Arabic (spoken & written)
