A leading medical device company in Kuwait is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Medical Sales Representative specializing in Surgical Instruments. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling a range of surgical instruments to healthcare professionals in hospitals and clinics across the country. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in medical sales and a deep understanding of surgical instruments and their applications.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, including surgeons, nurses, and purchasing managers.
- Promote and sell surgical instruments to healthcare professionals, demonstrating their features and benefits.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations in hospitals and clinics.
- Provide product training and support to healthcare professionals, ensuring their understanding and effective use of the instruments.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and new surgical instruments, attending conferences and workshops as required.
- Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasting future sales and identifying opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
- Attend and participate in sales meetings and team-building activities.
- Monitor and analyze market competition, providing feedback to the management team.
Preferred Candidate:
- Bachelor's degree / higher diploma in Medical Field only are accepted.
- At least 2 years of experience in medical sales, with a focus on surgical instruments.
- Strong knowledge of surgical instruments and their applications.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals.
- Highly motivated and target-driven.
