Medical Sales Representative - Surgical Instruments

A leading medical device company in Kuwait is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Medical Sales Representative specializing in Surgical Instruments. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling a range of surgical instruments to healthcare professionals in hospitals and clinics across the country. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in medical sales and a deep understanding of surgical instruments and their applications.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, including surgeons, nurses, and purchasing managers.
  2. Promote and sell surgical instruments to healthcare professionals, demonstrating their features and benefits.
  3. Conduct product presentations and demonstrations in hospitals and clinics.
  4. Provide product training and support to healthcare professionals, ensuring their understanding and effective use of the instruments.
  5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and new surgical instruments, attending conferences and workshops as required.
  6. Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasting future sales and identifying opportunities for growth.
  7. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
  8. Attend and participate in sales meetings and team-building activities.
  9. Monitor and analyze market competition, providing feedback to the management team.

Preferred Candidate:

  1. Bachelor's degree / higher diploma in Medical Field only are accepted.
  2. At least 2 years of experience in medical sales, with a focus on surgical instruments.
  3. Strong knowledge of surgical instruments and their applications.
  4. Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  6. Ability to build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals.
  7. Highly motivated and target-driven.
  8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  9. Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
  10. Ability to adapt to changing market trends and customer needs.
  • Transferable visa.
  • Driving license
