- Supervise and implement the installation of all mechanical activities (HVAC, Firefighting, Plumbing, Medical gasses, …etc).
- Checking technical designs and drawings to ensure that they are followed correctly
- Supervising contracted technicians
- Providing technical advice and solving problems on site
- Ensuring that health and safety and sustainability policies and legislation are adhered to
- Submits site daily reports, inspection requests, estimates and all applicable monitoring reports on a regular basis or as required.
- Ensuring project packages meet agreed specifications, budgets and /or timescales
- Check plans, drawings, and quantities for accuracy of calculations
- Resolve any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise.
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.3 - 5 years of experience in mechanical site supervision .experience in hospitals project is Preferable Excellent knowledge of construction drawings, standards, and regulations.Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and Microsoft Office.Effective communication skills with the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders.Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet project deadlines.Ready to work immediately
