Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Content Creator located in Cairo, Egypt, with flexibility for some remote work. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and implementing content strategies, producing high-quality content for various platforms, managing a team of content creators, and analyzing content performance to improve engagement and reach. Qualifications A Bachelor's degree in journalism, communications, marketing, or a related field5+ years of experience in content creation, preferably in a leadership or management roleDemonstrated ability to create and implement successful content strategies for various platforms including social media, blogs, and websitesExcellent writing and editing skills, with the ability to craft compelling stories and messagesExperience with SEO, analytics, and content performance trackingStrong leadership and management skills, with the ability to guide, motivate, and develop a team of content creatorsAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
