What you’ll do?

• Develop and maintain automated reporting systems to streamline key performance metrics and business data.
• Ensure timely and accurate reporting of business performance data for various stakeholders.
• Compile and analyse data for weekly and monthly business review presentations, highlighting key performance trends, insights, and actionable recommendations.
• Continuously assess the business landscape to identify new metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) for deeper analysis.
• Propose and implement new metrics to improve decision-making processes and track business performance.
• Analyze current business processes and identify areas for improvement, particularly through automation and data optimisation.
• Support process re-engineering efforts to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
• Develop and maintain forecasting models and tools to support business planning and budget forecasting.

Who you are?

• Bachelors Degree in Business Administration or Systems Information with Certification in Data Analysis programs.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in business analysis, data analytics, or reporting.
• Experience in the Commercial, Hospitality, or Retail sectors is highly desirable.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office Tools.
• Strong background in data automation, reporting systems, and forecasting models.
