Manage, direct and monitor the overall performance of the tender process team to obtain maximum efficiency, quality, service and profitability for the organisation.

Effectively liaison, support and assistance between tender process department and rest of organisation.

Maintain and improve mechanisms for obtaining opportunities, surveying and measuring tender process and disseminate feedback to the appropriate internal entities.

Utilise agreed systems to manage the tender process functions, analysis and documenting.

Manage the development of plans for tender process activities to achieve targets.

Developing plans for streamlining tender processes.

Support to all other departments with tender-related issues.

Subject to agreed criteria, recruitment, training, set action and targets, appraise and manage performance, development, coaching and general support of all team members to ensure targets are met.

Reporting (content and format as agreed) on a monthly basis or as otherwise agreed.

• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio.Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Photoshop * * Willingness to respond quickly and work outside of business hours.A broad knowledge of marketing principles and procedures and thorough understanding of proposals. Excellent managerial, supervisory, coordination and organizational skills.Experience within Bid or Proposal Management, preferably in construction or similar environment.Project management skills, ability to deliver quality results under pressure and to deadlines, must be results oriented with a drive for excellence.Exemplary organizational skills including accuracy, timeliness and detail oriented with the ability to work well under pressure managing multiple activities and meeting established goals in a deadline driven environment.

• ERP knowledge preferably SAP functional skills are a requirement to be successful in this role.
