يتولى مدير قطع الغيار الإشراف على المخزون والمشتريات وتوزيع قطع الغيار داخل المؤسسة. ويضمن هذا الدور توفر قطع الغيار المناسبة في الوقت المناسب، وإدارة العلاقات مع الموردين، ودعم فرق الصيانة والإصلاح بتزويد فعال بقطع الغيار.
المسؤوليات الرئيسية
- إدارة العمليات اليومية لقسم قطع الغيار، بما في ذلك الطلب والتخزين والتوزيع.
- الحفاظ على سجلات مخزون دقيقة وتطبيق إجراءات فعالة للرقابة على المخزون.
- ضمان توفر قطع الغيار في الوقت المناسب لدعم عمليات الصيانة والإصلاح.
- مراقبة استخدام قطع الغيار والتنبؤ بالطلب لتحسين مستويات المخزون.
- تدريب موظفي قسم قطع الغيار والإشراف عليهم وتقييمهم.
- تطبيق وإنفاذ معايير السلامة والامتثال.
- إعداد تقارير عن المخزون والمبيعات وأداء القسم.
- التعاون مع فرقي الصيانة والمبيعات لتحسين رضا العملاء.
المؤهلات
- درجة البكالوريوس في إدارة الأعمال، أو إدارة سلاسل الإمداد، أو مجال ذات صلة (يفضل).
- خبرة مثبتة في إدارة قطع الغيار، أو الرقابة على المخزون، أو عمليات سلاسل الإمداد.
- معرفة قوية بقطع غيار السيارات أو القطع الميكانيكية أو الصناعية (حسب مجال العمل).
- مهارات تنظيمية وقيادية ممتازة.
- إتقان استخدام برامج إدارة المخزون وأدوات MS Office.
- مهارات قوية في التفاوض وإدارة الموردين.

Job description
Position Overview
The Parts Manager oversees the inventory, procurement, and distribution of parts within an organization. This role ensures that the right parts are available at the right time, manages vendor relationships, and supports service and repair teams with efficient parts supply.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of the parts department, including ordering, stocking, and distribution.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and implement effective stock control measures.
- Ensure timely availability of parts to support service and repair operations.
- Monitor parts usage and forecast demand to optimize inventory levels.
- Train, supervise, and evaluate parts department staff.
- Implement and enforce safety and compliance standards.
- Prepare reports on inventory, sales, and departmental performance.
- Collaborate with service and sales teams to improve customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in parts management, inventory control, or supply chain operations.
- Strong knowledge of automotive, mechanical, or industrial parts (depending on industry).
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in inventory management software and MS Office tools.
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
