On behalf of our client, we are seeking an experienced Manager – Accounts & Finance to lead the accounting and finance function across the Family Office and its related Group entities operating across multiple jurisdictions. Reporting directly to the CFO, the role will have broad responsibility across financial accounting, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, treasury, payroll governance, tax and statutory compliance, while also supporting finance transformation and strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:Accounting and financial reporting across multiple Group entities Oversee monthly, quarterly and annual financial reporting and MISManage statutory audits, tax compliance and regulatory reporting Lead budgeting, forecasting, cash flow planning and liquidity management Oversee banking, treasury operations and payment controls Provide financial analysis and decision support to senior stakeholders Govern payroll processes and ensure appropriate financial controls Support the implementation and stabilization of Microsoft Dynamics Drive finance transformation, automation and process improvement initiatives Lead, mentor and develop the finance team Partner with HR, Investment, Operations, Family Concierge and other functions on financial planning and reporting
Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline CA, CPA, ACCA or CMA qualification7–10 years of progressive experience in accounting and finance, including team leadership/supervision Strong experience in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, statutory audits, tax compliance and cash flow management Experience managing multi-entity environments across different jurisdictions Exposure to Family Offices, Investment Holding Companies, or similar complex business environments is preferred Strong technical accounting knowledge, including IFRS/local GAAPHands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics or a similar ERP system Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills High level of integrity, ownership, and attention to detail
