Culinary / BOH: Commis Chefs, Chef de Partie (CDP), Pastry & Bakery Chefs, Dishwashers.
Cuisine of expertise: Continental/ Italian/ Pan-Asian/ Japanese/ Sushi/ Bakery/ Pastry.
Front of House (FOH): Waiters / Waitresses, Head Waiters, Hostesses, Cashiers.
Supervisory / Management: Storekeepers.
Requirements:
- Relevant experience in high-volume restaurants, luxury dining, or 4/5-star hotels.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valid passport with minimum 6 months validity (for GCC overseas deployment).
