برنامج فورساه هو مبادرة رائدة للمواهب الخريجة تهدف إلى جذب خريجين جدد ذوي إمكانات عالية وبناء خط قيادي مستدام.
يتألف البرنامج من دورة تدريبية صارمة لمدة ثلاثة أشهر، وتبني مهارات تعليمية متنوعة. عند إكمال مرحلة التدريب بنجاح، سيُعيَّن المشاركون ليصبحوا جزءاً من عائلة KFH من قبل القسم المسؤول بناءً على عملهم خلال البرنامج.
معايير الأهلية
- العمر بين 21 و24 عاماً
- خريجون جدد في إحدى التخصصات التالية:
- التخصصات المرتبطة بالأعمال
- الهندسة المدنية
- الهندسة الصناعية
- الإحصاء
- ماجستير إدارة الأعمال
- المعدل التراكمي 3.25 من 4.0 أو أعلى (أو ما يعادله)
- لا توجد خبرة عمل سابقة
Job description
The Forssah Program is a flagship graduate talent initiative designed to attract high-potential fresh graduates and build a sustainable leadership pipeline.
The program comprises a rigorous three-month training course, and diverse educational techniques. Upon successful completion of the training phase, participants will be assigned to become part of KFH family by the concerned department based on their work during the program.
Eligibility Criteria
- Aged between 21 and 24 years
- Fresh graduates in one of the following majors:
- Business-related majors
- Civil Engineering
- Industrial Engineering
- Statistics
- MBA
- GPA 3.25 out of 4.0 or above (or equivalent)
- No previous work experience
