About The Role:As a result of an increase in demand for SEO services, RWS Marketing Solutions are looking Arabic speakers to join our team of in-market freelancers.
You will be involved in ad hoc and/or regular projects and will be expected to work on the following:
Auditing and benchmarking Keywords Research Writing/updating optimised content and meta data Attending briefing calls Supporting on pitches and smaller requests for quotes
The ideal candidate will analyze, review, and implement changes to websites so they are optimized for search engines. This candidate will be able to implement actionable strategies that will improve site visibility.
Requirements Native‑level Arabic speaker (Modern Standard Arabic) Based locally in the market applied for (KSA, UAE, Qatar, or Kuwait) Comfortable attending briefing and status calls with the end client and/or other agencies Able to work in a fast-paced environment, with fixed deadlines, budgets and shifting priorities Strong communicator, able to liaise with different stakeholders on the agency and client side Proactive, reliable and able to work independently, as well as to coordinate with other resources within Marketing Solutions team and the client’s team Able to take on board feedback in a constructive manner Works well with an international/multi-location team Approachable, with a can-do attitude
Qualifications Native-level proficiency in Arabic and strong proficiency in English A minimum of 5 years’ proven experience in SEO, including Keyword Research, URL optimization, on-page content optimization, search display content writing Proficient in SEO tools such as Google Ads, SEM Rush, Ahref, Moz, Searchlight, Screaming Frog, etc. and have at least one paid SEO tool such as SEM Rush and Ahref Knowledge of SEM mainly for the purpose of Keyword research and ad copy optimisation Able to carry out audits and competitor & gap analysis
Desired skills: Experience working on Global brands across a different client industry sectors, covering Consumer and Business Experience consulting on Search strategy Experience working with clients of different levels, on a day to day basis Web content development experience
