Description

Ability to effectively carry out site and workshop overhaul, repair installation, and commissioning services for all centrifugal pumps.
Be the first point of contact for allocated customers in respect of any issues relating to agreed on-site scopes of work.
Assess mechanical problems and take action to resolve them promptly.
Be responsible for on-site Health & Safety at the work site during the duration of the job.
Compile on-site Risk Assessments for scopes of work.
Provide continuous improvement in repair, installation, and commissioning activities.
Develop and maintain good and effective relationships with clients to optimize further service opportunities.
Liaise with technical departments within OEM to develop engineering solutions.
Train customers in the proper procedures for operating and maintaining centrifugal pumps.
Compilation of comprehensive site reports in line with the company quality management system

Experience Required:

Skills

Proficient in English
Experience working in the Middle East will be considered an advantage
Ability to read and comprehend engineering drawings, pump performance curve and schematics
Certified mechanical engineer, with proven expertise in centrifugal pumps and rotating equipment
Proficient in MS office.
