Responsible for planning, organizing, and managing the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems on a construction project. This includes coordinating between various teams, ensuring compliance with project specifications, and maintaining timelines to ensure successful project completion.
Skills
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
· Minimum of 12-15years of experience on MEP systems.
· Experience working on large-scale construction projects is preferred.
· Proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD MEP, or similar tools.
· Strong understanding of MEP systems, building systems integration, and design principles.
· Knowledge of industry standards, codes, and regulations related to MEP systems.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
· Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
