Your Impact
The Clinical Optimisation Specialist will report to the Clinical Optimization Lead and will be responsible for identifying and implementing strategies to enhance clinical processes and improve patient outcomes. This role involves analyzing clinical data, optimizing treatment workflows, ensuring adherence to clinical protocols, and collaborating with healthcare teams to drive improvements in clinical performance and efficiency.
What You'll Do
- Ensure that clinical processes and practices comply with established protocols and standards.
- Assist in updating and enforcing clinical protocols as needed.
- Monitor and assess the quality of clinical practices and treatment plans for own tasks only.
- Conduct regular self audits and reviews to ensure adherence to quality standards and identify areas for improvement.
- Work closely with DTD team to support the implementation of optimisation strategies.
- Provide guidance and support to team members on clinical processes and protocols.
- Assist in the development and delivery of training programs related to clinical optimisation.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of new strategies to enhance clinical operations.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in clinical optimisation.
- Adhere to the quality standards and safety procedures as per the company guidelines and local regulations.
- Take appropriate actions in relation to any hazards and work related issues, and escalate as needed, in order to ensure prompt and effective resolution.
- Perform other job-related tasks as assigned by the line manager, in order to ensure the fulfillment of organizational objectives.
What To Bring
- Bachelor’s Degree in Dentistry or a dental-related field
- Clinical experience
- Very good command of English
- Previous experience in the clear aligner industry is preferred
- Postgraduate degree in orthodontics is a Plus
- Experience in customer service is a plus
- Good communication skills
