This position is responsible for all key function of Human Resources across the Holding Company; and taking a lead in its day to day operations to efficiently and effectively support the organization’s core business processes.Support the HR Department in providing high quality, proactive, accurate service which meets business needs and corporate objectives.
- Effective deployment & administration of Human Resources and Administration Systems, Programs, Policies and Procedures.
- To serve as the custodian of the organization’s culture and value systems and its translation across the organization.
- Ensure that the manpower plans & budgets are in line with the organizational priorities and business plans; to monitor and review performance indicators and accordingly recommend modifications to manpower plans
- Preparing training schedules, collating material and imparting training as required by the business.
- Conducting new Employees Orientation to foster positive attitude towards organizational objectives.
- Ensures smooth on-boarding for new hires by being responsible for completion of pre-joining documentation and paperwork, contract/offer signing and creation of staff files.
- Effectively handling employee relations.
- Timely resolutions of Human Resources/Administration issues by identify and investigate problems and administering disciplinary procedures.
- Supports the recruitment and selection of competent staff to Gastronomica.
- Staying updated with Government regulation for hiring from every country. Every legal labour requirement needs to be adhered to. All recruitment procedure/process to be implemented accordingly.
- Handle the probation assessment and employment confirmation/offer letters issuance process.
- Responsible for Employee File Maintenance – Hardcopy/Electronic ensuring timely update
- Responsible for Employee probation assessments process for all on boarding employees.
- Assisting the HR Manager in conducting all routine HR exercises – Staff Performance Appraisals, salary review, etc.
- Responsible for Employee addition/deletion of staff to the insurance plan and any prompt processing of claims.
- Responsible for all staff exit formalities; ensuring the same are done promptly.
- Responsible for Employee documents related to payroll for deductions/addition; calculate end-of-service benefits and leave entitlements in an accurate and timely manner.
- Ensure all employees’ maintain proper attendance in line with company policies.
- Monitoring HR issues such as sickness absence and producing regular leave reports.
- Assist with all HR administrative activities including coordinating all internal and external communications.
- Assist with preparing required reports, documents, and arrangements as per the directions of the HR Manager within necessary timeframes.
- Responsible for accommodation facility maintenance and management of support services like facility staff, Security staff to ensure that our accommodation is up to company standards.
- Maintains employee confidence and protects the interest on the company by keeping human resource information confidential. Sensitivity to confidential matters is required.
- Receive and relay directives, instructions and assignment to and from HR management.
- Explaining policies and procedure to the employees in a timely and effective manner
- Any other duties as assigned by HR Manager.
