Job Summary

We are looking for a talented Social media coordinator to join our team, you will be responsible about relationships establishing with celebrities, find out celebrities perfume needs, by visiting and communicating and maintain a strong relationships with them, moreover you will be responsible about Social Media posts and daily reports which related to Social Media generally. you will develop original content and suggest creative ways to attract more customers and promote our brand.

 Responsibilities

• Communicate with celebrities and create a good relationship.
• Looking for new celebrities who are active through social media channels.
• Creating daily reports indicates the number of visits and snaps for celebrities, with attached photos.
• make a daily report by following snap, Instagram and send it to the upper management.
• follow up the competitors’ companies on a daily basis, and prepare a report and send it to the manger.
• sending a schedule of perfumes to celebrities for filming and posting on social media.
• connect with celebrities and find out their perfume needs in Kuwait and internationals.
• Knowing our products with ingredients and delivering them correctly to celebrities to avoid explaining the ingredients on social media.
• Monthly visits with celebrity coordination to cover a new perfume in an event or exhibition.

 Qualifications and Skills

• Strong copywriting and copy editing skills
• Top-notch oral and verbal communication skills
• Impeccable time management skills with the ability to multitask
• Detail-oriented approach with ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Organized, capable of managing multiple different projects simultaneously.
• Excellent social listening skills

Education and Experience Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience as a social media coordinator.
• Strong experience in social media platforms.
• Prior experience in dealing with celebrities is a must.
