Job Purpose:
- To manage all PCs, servers and Network equipment located in Kuwait
- Liaise with the service providers and MIT on matters relating to Communication lines, system set up etc.
- Adhere to IT policies & procedures.
Key Result Areas:
- Providing IT support and solutions to meet business group goals and expectations.
- Project implementation: to handle the projects which involve in planning, designing, implementing, upgrading, and supporting the LAN infrastructure and CBK related projects.
- Acting as point of contact for all escalated matters ensuring proper resolution with agreement of both business and technology.
- Application support, installation, and configurations in coordination with Global IT Team
- Provide Domain Desktop devises support (Printers, scanners etc.)
- Perform Desktop Patching, vulnerability management and Domain server support
- Ensure Physical desktop / server readiness & inventory management, non-domain server support
- Performing Security operation, (Firewall/Antivirus/ACL/ Voice Support
- Updating and adhering to the Information Security and ISPM Policy guidelines
- Managing DR site and ensuring it is up and running and also plan and execute the BCP drill as per schedule
- Ensuring quality and value-added customer servicing.
- Coordinating and aligning business and technology needs, recommendations, and communication.
- Vendor co-ordination to achieve timely completion of projects and resolving problems.
- Focusing on CBK Guidelines, requirements & developments with timelines.
- Management of daily issues to closure.
- Managing a portfolio of projects and ensuring completion according to agreed time and budget.
- Addressing projects realignment and communicating priority agreements and settings.
- Managing daily interactions with technology.
- Monitoring SLAs adherence and enforcing compliance to agreed measures.
- Ensure compliance with regulator & audit requirements to cover Kuwait Branch
- Understand the security architecture, practices, and procedures.
- Coordinate with IS teams to develop local requirements, communicate with HO units and update as appropriate.
- Track IT assessments reports & act for closure with technology teams.
- Provide inputs and recommendation to improve IS practices and procedures for the country.
- Manage information security related incidents in coordination with HO.
- Maintain & update the inventory of Hardware & Software.
- Provide an access to bank areas as per policy
Knowledge, Skills, & Experience:
- Graduate in electronic & communications/computer science
- Microsoft certificate on windows operating system
- Strong sense of customer service and good attitude
- At least 4 years of related experience
