About Us: We are dedicated to promoting water safety and fostering a love for swimming within the Doha community. We are seeking a passionate and experienced Certified Swimming Coach to join our team and help swimmers of all ages and skill levels achieve their goals.

Job Summary: As a Certified Swimming Coach, you will be responsible for developing and implementing training programs tailored to the needs of individual swimmers and groups. You will provide instruction in swimming techniques, promote water safety, and inspire a lifelong passion for swimming.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver engaging swimming lessons for children and adults of various skill levels.
• Assess swimmers’ abilities and develop customized training plans.
• Instruct swimmers on proper techniques, strokes, and water safety practices.
• Monitor and evaluate swimmer progress, providing constructive feedback and support.
• Create and lead special training programs as needed (e.g., competitive swimming, water safety).
• Maintain a safe and positive learning environment.
• Communicate effectively with swimmers and their families regarding progress and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with other coaches and staff to promote team events and community outreach.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and protocols.

Qualifications:

• Certified Swimming Coach/Instructor with a minimum of 5 years of experience.
• Deep knowledge of swimming techniques and methodologies.
• Relevant certifications preferred (e.g., Lifeguard, CPR, First Aid).
• Experience working with children and creating a positive learning environment.
• Ability to design and implement specialized training programs.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for swimming and commitment to the development of others.
