Position Overview: The Chief Executive Officer (CFO) will be responsible for overseeing the company’s financial operations and strategy. This role requires a strategic leader with deep expertise in finance, investment management, and real estate markets. The CFO will work closely with the executive team and board of directors to ensure the company’s financial health, implement strategic initiatives, and drive long-term growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Strategy and Planning:
- Develop and execute the company’s financial strategy in alignment with its business goals and objectives.
- Oversee the preparation of financial forecasts, budgets, and long-term financial plans.
- Monitor and analyze financial performance and make recommendations for improvements.
- Investment Management:
- Lead investment strategy, including evaluating new investment opportunities and managing existing investments.
- Collaborate with investment teams to assess market trends and opportunities.
- Ensure the optimization of investment portfolios to maximize returns and mitigate risks.
- Financial Reporting and Compliance:
- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting to the board, investors, and regulatory agencies.
- Oversee compliance with financial regulations, accounting standards, and internal policies.
- Implement and maintain effective internal controls and risk management processes.
- Leadership and Team Management:
- Provide leadership to the finance team, fostering a high-performance culture and ensuring effective resource management.
- Collaborate with other executives to align financial and operational strategies.
- Represent the company in financial and investment-related discussions with stakeholders, including banks, investors, and partners.
- Strategic Partnerships and Growth:
- Identify and pursue strategic partnerships, joint ventures, and acquisition opportunities.

Skills
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. An MBA or relevant advanced degree is preferred.
- CPA or CFA designation is highly desirable.
- Proven experience as a CFO or senior financial executive in the real estate and investment industry.
- Strong understanding of real estate markets, investment strategies, and financial management.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions.
- Experience with mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, and investor relations.
