Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets.
  2. Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to ensure excellent customer service and maximum sales performance.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
  4. Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
  5. Analyze sales data to identify areas of improvement and implement corrective measures.
  6. Collaborate with marketing and other departments to develop promotional campaigns and initiatives.
  7. Prepare sales forecasts and budgets, and monitor performance against targets.


Requirements:

  1. Proven experience as a Sales Manager in the Interior Finishing industry.
  2. Strong leadership and managerial skills with a track record of achieving sales targets.
  3. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  4. Sound knowledge of tiles, bath, and sanitary products.
  5. Ability to analyze sales data and generate actionable insights.
  6. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
