Overview:
We are seeking a Contract Manager to oversee the Oil Spill Response Services Contract. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in oil spill response, contract management, and team leadership.
Responsibilities:
- Implement the Oil Spill Response Services Contract
- Establish and maintain correct manning levels
- Advise on special tools and techniques required for oil spill response jobs
- Report periodic progress and activities as per contract requirements and as directed by the Contract Superintendent
- Prioritize tasks to ensure compliance with company requirements
- Ensure full compliance with HSSE regulations and all relevant government regulations
- Maintain adherence to contractual obligations
- Liaise with the Company Group/Team and K-EPA approved facilities
- Plan manpower, equipment, tools, consumables, and transport needs, including forward leave planning for contractor personnel
Minimum Qualifications & Experience:
- Engineering Degree (environmental subjects advantageous) from a recognized University approved by Kuwait Society of Engineers (KSE)
- Ten years’ experience, including 5 years in oil spill response and 5 years in contract management

- Communicate effectively to direct and coordinate tasks
- Prepare records, reports, and correspondence
