We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant HR Officer for a leading Oil & Gas company based in Kuwait. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in ERP systems, managing employee databases, and supporting various HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, and HR investigations. This role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to communicate effectively in both English and Arabic.
Key Responsibilities:- ERP Management: Maintain and update employee information in the ERP system, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Employee Database Management: Oversee and manage the employee database, ensuring all records are up-to-date and securely stored.
- Recruitment Support: Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.
- Employee Relations: Support the HR team in handling employee relations issues, including addressing employee concerns and facilitating conflict resolution.
- Documentation: Prepare and manage HR documents, including employment contracts, offer letters, and other related paperwork.
- Compliance: Ensure all HR activities are in compliance with local labour laws and company policies.
- Communication: Ensure smooth communication with employees and timely resolution to their queries
Qualifications:- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: 2–3 years of relevant experience in HR, particularly in ERP systems, employee database management, recruitment, and employee relations.
- Language Skills: Excellent command of English and Arabic (read/write/speak).
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of work.
