Our client: A leading organization in F&B, is seeking a dynamic leader for the role of Human Resources Manager.
About the role: Experience in HR Management for the F&B Industry.
Key responsibilities: Create and recommend company policies related to HR. Plan and review department goals, both short-term and long-term. Manage HR functions like recruitment, employee development, safety programs, and more. Work with management, employees, and the public on HR issues. Oversee the preparation of reports and budgets. Provide advice on HR trends and challenges.
Must Have: 5 years in a senior HR role, managing a major program in a large organization. Understanding of HR and public personnel management. Knowledge of labor relations, contract negotiations, and employee benefits. Experience with job classifications, compensation, and performance evaluations. Familiar with government organizations and their roles. Leadership and teamwork abilities. Able to set standards, improve processes, and ensure safety. Strong command of Arabic Language. GCC countries experience in F&B as HR Manager is preferred.
