Preparing and maintaining records of all warehouse items’ inventory and filing documents as needed, performing physical count of inventory.

Maintaining and updating daily shipment records.

Tracking shipments and ensuring safe and timely pick up & delivery of shipments.

Coordinate shipments for delivery to the location.

Coordinating transportation provides to ensure prompt and proper movement of shipments.

Maintaining and recording employee attendance. 

Assisting and processing payroll functions (salaries, absences, leaves, etc.)

Maintaining a record of the company’s employees, maintaining accurate and up-to-date human resource files.
