We are seeking an experienced HR Coordinator with 5 years of comprehensive experience in diverse HR functions, focusing primarily on recruitment and talent acquisition. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the HR department, ensuring efficient and effective HR operations, and contributing to a positive workplace culture.

Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment and Talent Acquisition:
• Coordinate the entire recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and selection.
• Conduct candidate sourcing through various channels such as job boards, social media, and professional networks.
• Maintain and update the recruitment reports with candidate information and recruitment progress.
• Coordinate and participate in job fairs and other recruitment events as needed.
• Conduct reference checks and background screenings.
• Prepare and extend job offers, and manage the onboarding process for new hires.

2. HR Operations Support:
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.
• Coordinate employee orientation programs and training sessions.
• Prepare HR reports and presentations as needed.

3. Compliance and Records Management:
• Ensure compliance with local employment laws and regulations.
• Maintain confidentiality of employee information and adhere to data protection regulations.

4. Employee Engagement and Culture:
• Contribute to the development and implementation of employee engagement initiatives.
• Assist in organizing company events, recognition programs, and team-building activities.
• Foster a positive and inclusive work environment.

5. Continuous Improvement:
• Stay updated on HR best practices and industry trends.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5 years of experience in HR, with a focus on recruitment and talent acquisition.
• Proven experience in managing the full recruitment cycle.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• High level of discretion and confidentiality.
• Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
