Job Description:

We are looking for a Technical Consultant to deliver high-quality technical consulting services to clients using Autodesk products. This role involves analyzing client requirements, providing technical support and training, and ensuring clients maximize the value of their Autodesk solutions (AutoCAD, Revit, Civil 3D, Autodesk Construction Cloud, and more).

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with clients to understand their technical requirements and recommend tailored Autodesk solutions
• Lead deployment, configuration, and integration of Autodesk solutions into client environments
• Provide hands-on training and support to ensure client proficiency with Autodesk tools
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues reported by clients
• Manage Autodesk-related projects from planning through completion, meeting deadlines and quality standards

Skills

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, IT, or a related field
• Autodesk Certified Professional (ACP) or other Autodesk certification preferred
• 8+ years of hands-on experience with Autodesk products (AutoCAD, Revit, Civil 3D, Autodesk Construction Cloud)
• Experience in technical consulting, implementation, and troubleshooting within the AEC industry
• Strong technical knowledge of Autodesk software installation, configuration, and functionality
• Familiarity with 3D modeling, BIM workflows, and CAD standards
• Experience delivering technical presentations, demos, and customer training
• Knowledge of AEC industry practices in the Middle East region
