Business Development
- Identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Build a strong pipeline of prospects and convert leads into long-term clients
- Actively seek new partnerships with gyms, wellness centers, and medical institutions, Hotels and resorts, Government & Public sector.
2. Client Relationship Management
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers
- Conduct regular client visits and follow-ups
- Provide consultation-based selling by understanding client requirements
3. Sales & Revenue Generation
- Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets
- Prepare and present customized proposals and quotations based on Technogym guidelines
- Negotiate contracts and close deals efficiently
4. Product & Solution Expertise
- Demonstrate Technogym equipment and digital solutions
- Recommend suitable solutions for fitness, rehabilitation, and wellness needs
- Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor activity
5. Project Coordination
- Coordinate with internal teams (logistics, installation, after-sales)
- Ensure smooth project execution from sale to installation
- Monitor customer satisfaction post-installation
- After sales service coordination
6. Market Intelligence & CRM
- Track competitor activity and market trends
- Provide feedback to management on customer needs and opportunities
- Support marketing campaigns and events targeting Clubs and HCP sectors .
