Business Development

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities.
  • Build a strong pipeline of prospects and convert leads into long-term clients
  • Actively seek new partnerships with gyms, wellness centers, and medical institutions, Hotels and resorts, Government  & Public sector.

2. Client Relationship Management

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers
  • Conduct regular client visits and follow-ups
  • Provide consultation-based selling by understanding client requirements

3. Sales & Revenue Generation

  • Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets
  • Prepare and present customized proposals and quotations based on Technogym guidelines
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals efficiently

4. Product & Solution Expertise

  • Demonstrate Technogym equipment and digital solutions
  • Recommend suitable solutions for fitness, rehabilitation, and wellness needs
  • Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor activity

5. Project Coordination

  • Coordinate with internal teams (logistics, installation, after-sales)
  • Ensure smooth project execution from sale to installation
  • Monitor customer satisfaction post-installation
  • After sales service coordination

6. Market Intelligence & CRM

  • Track competitor activity and market trends
  • Provide feedback to management on customer needs and opportunities
  • Support marketing campaigns and events targeting Clubs and HCP sectors .
