The Graphic Designer is responsible for delivering high-quality visual design
across print, digital, motion, and event-related materials. The role focuses on translating
concepts into strong, consistent visuals that support branding, communications,
campaigns, and events, while ensuring all outputs meet professional production and
brand standards.
This role requires a creative and detail-oriented designer with solid experience
in posters, brochures, corporate print materials, motion graphics, and event visuals, as
well as the ability to adapt designs for both digital platforms and physical environments.
Key Responsibilities
Design & Creative Output
Design a wide range of print materials, including:
o Posters, brochures, flyers, booklets, banners, roll-ups, signage, and
corporate collateral
Develop static and digital visual assets for internal and external communications
Create motion-based and animated visuals to enhance static designs
Support campaigns, announcements, presentations, and corporate
communications with strong visual storytelling
Event & Experiential Design
Design visual materials for events, exhibitions, and corporate activations
Create visual mock-ups and layouts for branded spaces, booths, and on-site
environments
Adapt designs for large-format printing, screens, LED walls, and stage visuals
Ensure visual consistency across all event-related touchpoints
Motion Graphics & Animation
Develop motion graphics and simple animations using still visuals and text
Create animated content for:
o Event screens and presentations
o Digital signage and internal platforms
Support video content with animated titles, transitions, and visual elements
Print & Production
Prepare print-ready artwork with full understanding of:
o Dimensions, bleed, color modes, and output requirements
Ensure production accuracy and quality across all print materials
Coordinate with printers and external suppliers when required
Brand & Quality Control
Apply and maintain brand guidelines across all creative outputs
Ensure consistency, accuracy, and attention to detail
Support the evolution of visual standards while maintaining brand integrity
Collaboration & Support
Work closely with Communications and Marketing, team
Support other departments with creative requirements when needed
Collaborate with other departments and project teams to understand specific
requirements
Support project-based initiatives including project posters, on-site campaigns,
and safety awareness materials
Translate inputs from engineering, projects, operations, HSE, CSR, HR, and
other teams into effective visual solutions
Collaborate with suppliers when required
Tools & Technical Skills
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including:
o Illustrator
o Photoshop
o InDesign
o After Effects (motion graphics)
o Premiere Pro (preferred)
Working knowledge of Canva for rapid content creation and internal
communications
Strong understanding of layout, typography, color, and composition
Solid knowledge of print production and large-format design
