Join Our Team as an Administrative Assistant for the College/Career Counseling Department
We are looking for a dedicated Administrative Assistant to join our College/Career Counseling department at American United School (AUS). In this role, you will support counselors and students by ensuring smooth operations, accurate record-keeping, and excellent communication with families. Your work will help students access the guidance they need to plan for their academic and career success.
Key Responsibilities


  • Manage student digital folders and maintain accurate records
  • Schedule appointments and coordinate calendars for counselors and students
  • Provide administrative support to counselors in daily tasks and departmental projects
  • Ensure confidentiality of student information and records
  • Deliver professional, courteous service to students, parents, and staff
  • Assist with departmental communications and documentation
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • Minimum of two years of relevant administrative experience
  • Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal)
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic educational environment
