We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Admin Assistant/Secretary to join our dynamic team in the heavy industry and metallurgy sector. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of HR/ Administrative functions within our organization.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
- Coordinate office activities and operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
- Maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical, ensuring documents are organized and easily accessible.
- Handle incoming calls and inquiries, directing them to the appropriate personnel.
- Support the HR department with tasks related to onboarding and employee records management.
Skills
Preferred Candidate:
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English & Arabic.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with office management software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating initiative and problem-solving skills.
Salary: 300-350 KD
