- Record guest details carefully and update the reservation system to ensure accuracy and seamless service delivery.
- Handle special requests and coordinate with other hotel departments to meet guest requirements.
- Offer excellent customer service, resolve booking issues, and handle inquiries to maximize guest satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the front desk and sales teams to optimize occupancy and revenue.
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies and follow data protection guidelines regarding guest information.
- Proven experience as a Reservation Agent or in a similar customer service role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong communication skills with proficiency in English; Arabic language skills are a plus.
