•                    To check all the expenses related to manpower like, residency renewal, Health insurance, license etc.,

•                    To verify and process the deduction for Telephone/Mobile bills

•                    Analyze and maintain the general ledger

•                    Prepare monthly journal entries and adjustments, including supporting documentation and appropriate descriptions.

•                    Prepare monthly cost allocations, financial statements reconciliations.

•                    Reconciliation of intercompany entries and other control accounts.

•                    Perform general accounts analysis and reconciliations, including bank statements, fixed assets, employee accruals, other accruals, and prepaid expenses

•                    Month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing

•                    Maintain and operate standard period-end closing schedules

•                    Assist in the documentation and maintenance of Ledger processes and controls, including the identification and testing of relevant Oracle controls

•                    Post journal entries in Oracle, the company general ledger accounting software package

•                    Consolidation, inter-company transactions and reconciliations including foreign currency accounting

•                    Balance Sheet Account reconciliations

•                    Assist in the preparation of financial reports such as financial statements and schedules forming part of month closure and yearend audit requirement.

•                    Assist with compliance reporting for Internal, Statutory auditors and local agencies

•                    Assist with year-end audits

•                    Assist with preparation of month-end financial statements, cash flow statements, budgets

•                    Assist with quarterly and annual tax filings

•                    Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor 

Skills

  • Enthusiastic candidate with an 1-3 years of Accounting background, ready to tackle the challenges in the core Finance domain.
  • Knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting, and cost control principles.
  • Ability to interact with the company's management and other departments in a clear and concise manner.
  • Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills.
  • Ability to prepare detailed and accurate reports within the given timeframe as per requirements.
  • Qualified Microsoft Suite professional with a proven track record of implementing technology in financial tasks.
